User-Watcher active users

Each subscription plan allows the deployment of an unlimited number of User-Watchers.
Kadiska does only take the number of User-Watcher active users into account for licensing purposes, not the amount of deployed User-Watchers.

User-Watcher active users is defined as the number of User-Watchers that report performance metrics on a monthly basis.
At the beginning of each month, the counter of active users is reset, so that it is perfectly possible to have different active users during consecutive months.
